(NOV. 2004) TRANSVISION HAS WON the tender for R98’s new planning solution. R98 is Denmark’s largest waste management company within street waste removal. The company is based in Copenhagen and handles the daily waste removal for 600.000 customers on approximately 180 vehicles.   The solution will be an advanced combination between Transvision Route Planner and Transvision Fleet Planner.   Transvision Route Planner will be used tactically for the creation of new master routes/districts. These master plans will be submitted to Transvision Fleet Planner that will handle the operational planning in real-time.   This solution will make R98 capable of optimising the basic plans and at the same time effectively handle last minutes changes, delays, and breakdowns during operation.   Read more about R98.   For more information, please find your Transvision contact.
