(FEB. 2005) SERVICEGRUPPEN CHOOSE Transvision Fleet Planner as their new dispatching tool for planning and managing their service technicians work days.   ServiceGruppen's mobile technicians provide repair and maintenance services within the fields of both hardware and software. This is an operation with a mix between fixed service jobs and continuously incoming urgent orders which is why ServiceGruppen needs a dynamic planning tool.   Transvision Fleet Planner handles the pre-planning early in the morning and the dynamic re-planning during the day as new urgent service calls appear and the technicians’ status reports are registered.
